Induction

When starting a new post, junior doctors are required to attend a Trust induction by their employing Trust at least every 12 months.

Giving a presentation

A local induction is essential to ensuring that junior doctors feel welcomed, valued and effectively integrated into their new Trust. It will help you to understand how you contribute to the work of the Trust and its objectives, and is good employment practice. The induction matrix shows what will be covered in each part of induction.
