If you are new to the trust and have never used the system before, you will need to register as a new user. However, if you are returning to the trust, your account will still exist and your login details will be the same. If you cannot remember these, please contact LEaD.
To access the training site, go to the home page of the staff website, scroll down, click the LEaD icon, and then click the ‘Login’ button on the following page. Then, click the ‘New user’ button to set up an account. Please ensure you complete every field and double check your details are entered correctly. When you click ‘Register’, an email will be sent to the address you entered. Click the link in this to verify your account, then log in with the username and password you just set up.
If you see a message saying the system is unable to recognise you, please see questions below.
In order to create an account, we need your NI number from HR. If you are not able to register, this is usually because LEaD has not yet received your details from HR. The system is updated with new data from HR each Tuesday, so your account will usually become available on the Tuesday following your start date. To see if you have an account, ask your manager to try and add you to their team; if they cannot find your name, you do not yet have an account – try again next Tuesday. If there is still not an account for you by this time, please contact HR via the details below.
If your manager was able to find an account for you, please try registering again, making sure your NI number is typed correctly. If you are still unsuccessful, please contact HR to check they have the correct NI number for you on their system.
To access LEaD Online, go to the staff website, scroll down, click the LEaD icon, and then the ‘Login’ button. On the following page, enter your login details on the left. If you have never used the system before, you will need to register as a new user first (please see above). If you are unable to log in, please see questions below.
Firstly, make sure you’re logged out of LEaD Online. Then, from the login page, click ‘Forgotten your password?’, enter your email address and click the ‘Send’ button. An email will now be sent to you if this matches the email address on your account; click the link in the email to enter a new password.
